Travel Club information

MEMBERSHIP:

Membership is for a calendar year, January through December. Membership fees for an individual are only $7.00 and $10.00 for partners at one address. This nominal membership fee helps to defray the cost of printing and mailing. We do not pro-rate this very minimal membership fee at any time during the year.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Departure Locations:

We depart from three convenient San Jose/Santa Clara locations

1. 630 Stockton Avenue
2. Leigh and Southwest Expressway
3. El Camino Real at Kiely Blvd.

Reservations:

• We accept telephone reservations from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday at 408-279-4801and on board our tours.
• Payment must be received 1 week after your telephone reservation is made.
• A phone call will be made within one week prior to the date of the trip to confirm all day tours.
• Confirmation letters with itinerary and luggage tag will be mailed for all overnight tours.
• Comfortable round trip transportation will be provided by Royal Coach Tours.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the trip unless otherwise noted in the trip summary.
• No refunds will be issued after that date unless you are replaced.
• There is a $5.00 per person cancellation fee on all day and overnight tours for any refunds. On extended multi-day tours, cancellation charges will be stated in the tour description.
• Please allow 3 weeks for us to process the refund check.
• Credit cards can be put on file in our office at no additional fee.

Bus Procedures:

As a courtesy to others, we request that everyone turn off their cell phones and refrain from putting on perfume or cologne while on the bus. Also, Royal Coach Tours is a non-smoking facility and this pertains to the coaches as well.

Referral Incentive:

Know someone who would enjoy Royalty Tours? Fill out our referral card or let someone in the office know who you are referring. Once membership is established and your referral has completed their 1st tour, you will be qualified for our $100.00 drawing at our Annual Holiday Party.

Activity Level Ratings:

Level 1 - Limited walking and activity

Level 2 - Walking limited to facility within 1 block to destination, hotel, or bus

Level 3 - Average walking (3 blocks or more) sightseeing in museums and attractions and a flight of stairs

Level 4 - Very active walking may include airport departures, including hills and stairs, and attraction may involve high altitudes (9,000 ft) and possible weather extremes
